Dwayne Burdeniuk is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Sun Runner HR Solutions.   Sun Runner HR Solutions brings together one of the most comprehensive and effective recruiting,  and performance management business model on the market today.  Drawing on his knowledge and expertise as a labour relations professional Dwayne has developed successful techniques in managing conflict, performance management and employee relations consulting.

Dwayne’s 30 years of Human Resources Management experience includes Senior Human Resources roles in government and the private sector . His Human Resource experience includes working in the construction and building trades, insurance industry and local government.

During his career Dwayne has developed extensive relationships with HR professionals who will be drawn upon as the projects require their services.
